Does Seller AI replace tools like Vela, SEO tools, or Etsy's built-in AI?

Seller AI focuses on your daily operations: tasks, bulk updates, and customer communication. It's designed to sit above your existing stack as a control center. You may keep using SEO tools, but you'll rely on Seller AI to actually implement changes and run your day-to-day.

I hate updating my listings—can Seller AI really help with that?

That's one of the main problems we're built to solve. Instead of editing each listing and variant one by one, you filter, define a rule ("raise prices 5% in this section, cap at $X"), see a preview of every change, and apply it in one go.

How does Seller AI connect to my Etsy shop?

We use Etsy's official API, which means we only request the permissions we need to help you manage your shop. You authorize the connection through Etsy's secure OAuth flow, and you can revoke access anytime from your Etsy account settings.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We only access the data we need to provide our services, and we never sell your data to third parties. You can read our full privacy policy for details.

How does the AI work?

Seller AI uses AI to help with operations, not to replace your creativity. The AI:

Can I undo changes?

Yes. All changes are logged, and you can roll back bulk edits if something doesn't look right. We also show you a preview of every change before it goes live, so you can catch issues before they happen.

What marketplaces do you support?

We currently support Etsy. We're working on adding support for additional marketplaces and shipping tools, all feeding into the same task-first dashboard. Check our integrations page for the latest roadmap.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can start using Seller AI on the free plan without a credit card. The free plan includes real features like bulk-edit previews and task dashboard. Upgrade to a paid plan when you need higher limits or advanced features.
